As some of our visitors and members had massive performance problems with the moving fog in the page background I changed the default setting to "no fog" for all visitors. Registered members that like the fog still are able to activate it
(this has only to be done once):

• go to your profile
• click on "edit -> update your profile"
• activate the tab "clanpage settings" and select "fog" for the field "background fog"
• save your profile and you are done

From now on everytime as soon as you login to the page the background appears. At least a screenshot with fog enabled:
